Transformation Consultant

• Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and operational improvement.
• Partner with business and technical teams to design and implement process transformation initiatives.

Do you have experience in Stakeholder relationship building?, Role summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Transformation Consultant to help drive process improvement, operational efficiency, and business transformation initiatives across the organization. This role is ideal for professionals with 2-8 years of experience who have participated in redesigning business processes, leveraging data-driven insights, and supporting organizational change. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities, implement improvements, and ensure successful adoption of new ways of working., * Experience working on teams that have redesigned or improved business processes through automation, process optimization, Lean initiatives, or similar methodologies.

• Experience supporting the implementation and rollout of revised processes, including stakeholder engagement and change adoption activities.
• Strong analytical skills with experience creating, interpreting, or leveraging data to support business decisions.
• Technical background with experience in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, C++, or similar.
• Proven ability to manage and influence stakeholders through effective communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and organizational abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
