Job description

We are currently seeking an experienced Data Analyst to support a major Oil & Gas client in Spring, TX.

This role will focus on operational reporting, dashboard development, performance analytics, and data visualization to support engineering and operations teams., * Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and Spotfire

  • Import, cleanse, validate, and transform datasets from multiple sources
  • Analyze trends, KPIs, correlations, and operational performance data
  • Present insights through charts, graphs, and dashboards
  • Collaborate with operations, engineering, and continuous improvement teams
  • Translate business questions into analytical solutions

Requirements

  • Strong experience with Power BI and/or Spotfire
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Experience with data analysis, reporting, and visualization
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

  • Databricks experience
  • Python knowledge
  • Experience with Upstream Drilling & Completions datasets
  • Oil & Gas industry experience
