A leading enterprise organisation is seeking a senior Solutions Architect to help drive the modernisation of large-scale cloud data platforms and lakehouse environments., * Architect and scale enterprise data platforms

  • Lead platform modernisation and governance initiatives
  • Drive engineering best practices and operational excellence
  • Partner with business and technical stakeholders globally
  • Support delivery leadership, optimisation, and platform reliability

Requirements

  • Extensive experience across data/platform engineering and architecture
  • Strong expertise with Python, SQL, Spark, and modern lakehouse technologies
  • Experience building scalable cloud-native data platforms
  • Strong knowledge of AWS environments
  • Open table format experience required
  • Background leading globally distributed engineering teams
  • Experience within highly regulated or enterprise-scale environments preferred
