We are partnered with a client who is a long standing manufacturing and distribution company. With a deeply tenured workforce and a strong culture of trust, we're entering a key phase of technology modernization-and they're hiring IT-Technical Project Manager to help lead it. .
Why This Role
This is a hands on delivery leadership role, not a checkbox PM position. You'll establish structure where formal TPM/PMO discipline hasn't existed and drive end to end execution of critical IT initiatives across multiple locations. .
Initial focus includes physical security modernization, CRM implementation, Cloud migration, ERP modernization, and supporting infrastructure projects.
What You'll Do
- Own technical projects from planning through delivery
- Build clear project structure: plans, timelines, risks, reporting, and cadence
- Drive execution across distributed teams, vendors, and stakeholders
- Proactively identify risks, surface issues early, and keep projects moving
- Lead vendor coordination and accountability
- Create repeatable, consistent delivery processes (PMO foundation)
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels and build trust through follow through
Requirements
- 10+ years as an IT/Technical Project Manager
- Experience delivering infrastructure and software projects
- Experience managing Infrastructure and Software project initiatives
- Strong organizational, communication, and prioritization skills
- Comfortable operating in evolving environments and creating clarity
- Certifications such as PMP or Scrum is preferred but not required
