Job description
The eCommerce Specialist supports the configuration, launch, testing, and ongoing optimization of digital commerce experiences across web and mobile platforms, ensuring a seamless guest purchasing journey. This role partners closely with marketing, ticketing administration, and development teams to manage content updates, troubleshoot technical issues, support platform enhancements, and maintain accurate product configurations., * Work with the Admission Ticketing Administration team to input marketing content and product configuration in our eCommerce platforms.
- Participate in after business hours product launches and configuration updates.
- Troubleshoot issues across the entire marketing technology stack and report steps to reproduce to development team.
- Assist the development team with eCommerce platform testing of enhancements and bug fixes.
- Assist with cultivating training documentation related to eCommerce functionality
- Facilitate content updates for properties that support both the website and mobile app (as applicable).
Requirements
Do you have experience in Website management?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * 4-year undergraduate college degree or equivalent work experience in marketing, Computer Science, or related technical discipline (additional relevant experience may be substituted for education)
- Experience with administration and testing of marketing technology applications and solutions
- Experience with and a general understanding of
- Software as a service
- APIs (Postman environments and variables)
- Azure DevOps for Project Management (or, equivalent such as Jira, Confluence)
- and SDLC methodologies (ex: Agile, Scrum)
- Experience successfully launching a marketing technology application or solution strongly preferred, * Ability to multi-task, prioritize and successfully meet several deadlines at once while maintaining a strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities and responsibilities shift with the business needs
- Knowledge of the eCommerce space including marketing strategies, usability best practices and industry trends strongly preferred
- Experience with responsive coding and optimization for both web and mobile devices, including robust understanding of HTML and CSS
- Ability to work both independently and with a team
- Ability to work during non-business hours or holidays/weekends when applicable
- Open to travel and relocation (as part of potential career advancement)
