Job description
- Lead the product design of financial software applications, ensuring usability and efficiency across interfaces.
- Collaborate with product owners and managers to analyze user and customer needs and translate them into impactful product features.
- Conduct user needs analysis through interviews, contextual inquiries, and workshops to gather actionable insights.
- Create, document, and maintain user personas to guide design strategies and decisions.
- Develop user journeys, storyboards, flow diagrams, and task analyses for complex software products.
- Design intuitive interaction models and user interfaces for sophisticated financial systems.
- Facilitate design thinking workshops to drive innovation and cross-functional collaboration.
- Build prototypes and mock-ups of GUIs using tools such as Figma.
- Prepare and document front-end specifications to support development teams.
- Conduct usability testing and user testing, analyze results, and refine designs accordingly.
- Perform heuristic evaluations and product design reviews to ensure quality and consistency.
- Present design concepts and solutions effectively, influencing stakeholders and driving alignment.
Requirements
Our client, a leader in financial technology solutions, is seeking a Senior UX Designer to join their dynamic team. As a Senior UX Designer, you will be an integral part of the Product Design Department supporting the development of innovative financial software applications. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully within the organization., * 6+ years of UX design experience (Senior level) with a proven track record in software product design; experience in financial software and/or product management is a plus.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Strong expertise in Design Thinking, including facilitating workshops and collaborative sessions.
- Proficiency in UX research, usability testing, and tools such as Figma.
- Solid understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and complex system workflows.
- Highly user-centered mindset with strong empathy and observation of human behavior.
- Strong business and technical acumen-ability to quickly grasp complex requirements and communicate effectively with engineering teams.
