Job description
As a Technical Information Security Officer, you will provide US regional cybersecurity leadership ensuring operational security capabilities for US LOBs meet regulatory expectations and security standards. You will strengthen incident response readiness across US entities and improve cyber resilience and ensure operational security controls support regulatory obligations., * Oversee operational cybersecurity capabilities supporting US Lines of Business and ensure alignment with regulatory expectations.
- Identify operational security gaps affecting US environments and drive remediation initiatives.
- Provide technical leadership during cybersecurity incidents affecting US entities.
- Coordinate response activities with business, technology, and risk teams during major incidents.
- Ensure incident response processes meet regulatory reporting and response expectations.
- Support remediation of regulatory findings related to cybersecurity operations and incident management.
- Work with BISOs to identify operational risks impacting business systems and prioritize remediation efforts.
- Strengthen cyber resilience capabilities across US environments.
- Support regulatory assessments and executive briefings related to incident response readiness.
- Track remediation initiatives related to operational cybersecurity risk.
Requirements
- 10+ years in cybersecurity operations, SOC leadership roles in financial institutions.
- Strong background leading enterprise incident response and cyber resilience initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate enterprise systems into monitoring and detection platforms.
- Experienced coordinating major cybersecurity incident investigations and remediation.
- Proven capability collaborating with global security operations teams.
- Familiarity supporting regulatory reviews and cybersecurity assessments.
- Strong understanding of operational security risks affecting enterprise environments.
- Skilled at driving improvements in monitoring and detection capabilities.

The expected salary range for this particular position is $160,000-$275,000, depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs.
