IoT Data Engineer - Zurich, Switzerland (Hybrid)
We are looking for an IoT Data Engineer with Databricks experience. This role comes with flexible home office options.
Ideal Profile:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field
- Strong hands-on experience in Data Engineering and large-scale data processing
- Excellent knowledge of Python and modern data architectures
- Solid experience with Databricks and Azure environments
- Proactive mindset with a strong willingness to shape and improve solutions
- Team player eager to contribute within an innovation-driven environment
Required Qualifications:
The most important things are:
- At least 3 years as a Data Engineer acquired in an industrial context/company.
- At least 3 years of experience with Databricks and/or Apache Spark
- Python Expert
- MS Azure Knowledge
Your Mission:
As part of a highly skilled engineering and data team, you will play a key role in building and evolving scalable cloud-based IoT data platforms. Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining robust data pipelines
- Ensuring high-quality, scalable, and reliable data processing flows
- Working closely with Data Scientists and Software Engineers
- Contributing to the architecture of modern cloud and data solutions
- Helping deliver innovative products with real-world sustainability impact
