Tasks

  • Develop and maintain the native Android app using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.

  • Implement new features and conduct unit tests in an agile team.

  • You develop and maintain the native Android app (Kotlin, Jetpack Compose), one of Mobility's central customer touchpoints

  • You implement new features including requirements gathering, design and unit tests in the agile team and in close collaboration with UX

  • You integrate backend services as well as SDKs and third-party components, ensuring performance, quality and stability

  • You maintain CI/CD pipelines, participate in code reviews and actively exchange ideas with mobile developers from other streams, "Are you interested in making life a little easier for customers and employees with new tools and features? Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar field required.
  • Proficient in Kotlin, Java, and Android frameworks.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and RESTful APIs., * Completed studies in computer science, software engineering or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in developing native Android applications
  • Solid knowledge of Kotlin and/or Java as well as the corresponding Android frameworks (Android SDK, Jetpack Compose, Koin)
  • Experience with integrating SDKs and third-party libraries as well as with RESTful APIs; experience with BLE and NFC is an advantage
  • Familiarity with Bitbucket, Gradle, CircleCI, Play Console, Firebase and GTM
  • Confident understanding of software architectures and design patterns
  • Experience with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Knowledge of iOS development with Swift for deputising and cross-platform collaboration is an advantage
  • Fluent German and English skills
