Within the Group Data & Analytics team, theProduct Lead Growthis responsible forleading a portfolio of data products supportingGrowth-related domains(RID, Marketing and Sales), in close collaboration with business and technical teams.The role reports to theHead of Analytics & Advanced Analytics Productsand plays a key role in driving data-driven transformation across Growth activities.
Main Mission
The Product LeadGrowthis responsible formanaging a portfolio of data products from vision definition to delivery and adoption, ensuring alignment between business needs, technical constraints, and strategicobjectives.
They act as abridge between business stakeholders and data teams, maximizing the value delivered by data products.
ProductStrategy& Roadmap

Co-build, with Growth business teams (RID, Marketing, or Sales), aprioritized, value-driven roadmap

Directly lead strategic projects

Ensure alignment between: business needs,group strategy,technicalconstraintsandbudget considerations

Challenge requests and arbitrate priorities based on business impact
Portfolio & Budget Management

Oversee the execution of the product and project roadmap, managing the priorities

Monitorproduct performance (value delivered, adoption, impact)

Manage and track thebudget associated with the Growth scope

Provide regular reporting to the Head of Analytics & AA Products
Team Leadership & Management

Manage2 to 3 Product Owners, each covering multiple products/projects

Support the team's product and agile maturity
Delivery & Coordination

Ensure proper execution of projects in termsof:timelines,qualityandalignment with business needs

Work closely with: Data Engineering,BI / Analytics / Development,DataGovernanceandIT

Ensure smooth coordination between all stakeholders
Business Partnership

Act as a trusted partner to Growth business teams

Develop a deep understanding of business challenges (RID, Marketing, Sales)

Translate business needs into actionable data solutions

Drive product adoption and promote a data-driven culture
Requirements
Proven experience inProduct Management / Data / Analytics

Strong experience in theFMCG / food industrypreferred
-
Expertisein at least one Growth domain:RID,MarketingorSales

Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum)
