act Implementation, Design and Architect of complex IAM solutions for large scale customers acrossvarious industry verticalsPlay active role in the execution of the project and demonstrate strong technical leadershipDemonstrate a general knowledge of market trends and competitionDemonstrate the capabilities in understanding the clients' business environment and map the requirements into IAM solutions and proactively suggest alternatives as and when requiredBe a strong team pl ayer Required SkillsExperience in Architecting, Designing and Implementation of at least two of the following OIM/OAM Identity and Access Management Solutions:Oracle Identity ManagerOracle Access ManagerExcellent knowledge and understanding of LDAP concepts and working experience with at least few of the following directories:Oracle Internet Directory/Oracle Virtual DirectorySun Directory ServerActive DirectoryTivoli Directory ServerNetIQ / Novell eDirectory ServerExperience and exposure in RBAC, Compliance solutions, Access certifications solutions are an added advantageExperience working with Application Servers (WebLogic, Websphere) or developing J2EE products.Should have the ability to understand customer scenario and requirements (may include integration situations) and be capable of suggesting solutions.Should have good knowledge on current IDM, Strong Authentication and PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) technologies and productsExcellent communication skills and ability to work with global counterp arts.
