Job description

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile delivery across cross functional teams, ensuring effective sprint execution, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement. The role requires strong hands-on experience in Scrum ceremonies, stakeholder engagement, and team coaching within enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities:Agile Delivery & Scrum Facilitation- Facilitate stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives- Ensure adherence to Scrum principles and Agile best practices- Track sprint progress using velocity and burndown metrics- Support teams in achieving sprint commitments Team Coaching & Continuous Improvement - Coach teams on Agile practices and self-organisation- Identify and remove delivery impediments- Drive continuous improvement initiatives Stakeholder & Delivery Coordination - Work closely with Product Owners, engineers, and stakeholders- Ensure alignment between delivery and business priorities- Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and dependencies Backlog & Release Support- Support backlog refinement and user story definition- Assist prioritisation aligned to business value- Coordinate UAT and release readiness

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience - Proven experience as a Scrum Master in enterprise environments- Strong knowledge of Scrum framework and Agile practices- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Desirable - Exposure to Salesforce or CRM platforms- Experience in integrations, data migration, or API-based systems- Familiarity with Kanban or hybrid Agile models- Experience in regulated environments (e.g. banking, public sector) Key Competencies - Strong facilitation and communication skills- Ability to influence without authority- Problem-solving mindset- Collaborative approach Location United Kingdom (Leeds + Hybrid working)
