Requirements
Do you have experience in Social media management?, * Experience in a graphic design, digital content or creative communications role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design across print, digital and multimedia channels.
- Experience creating content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok-style content.
- Experience producing and editing video and multimedia content.
- Understanding of branding, layout, typography and visual storytelling.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Good understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive communications.Good understanding of Microsoft 365 applications.
Desirable
- Experience creating animations or motion graphics using tools such as After Effects.
- Experience using social media scheduling and analytics platforms.
- Understanding of digital campaign planning and evaluation.
- Experience using AI-supported creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Canva AI or similar.
- Photography and filming skills.

About the company
As our Creative Content Designer, you will play a key role in bringing the LHP brand to life through engaging, accessible and creative content across print, digital and social media channels.
You will be responsible for designing high-quality visual and multimedia content that supports customer engagement, campaigns, colleague communications and organisational priorities. This includes graphic design, video and animation, social media content creation and supporting digital campaigns from concept through to delivery and evaluation.
You will help ensure that all creative output reflects the LHP brand, values and tone of voice while embracing modern digital communication methods and emerging creative technologies.
The role is defined as being flexible under our agile working policy. You will be able to work from wherever it is suitable to complete the task at hand, while recognising the organisation reserves the right to request office attendance where required at our Boston and/or Grimsby sites. This role will also need to periodically visit our homes and neighbourhoods to gather creative content.
