- Develop and update training curricula focused on AWS cloud platforms and DevOps methodologies.
- Deliver engaging classroom or virtual training sessions to diverse learner groups.
- Assess trainee progress through practical exercises, assessments, and feedback sessions.
- Mentor and support junior trainers to ensure consistent quality of training delivery.
- Collaborate with industry experts to incorporate the latest trends and best practices into training content.
- Organise training schedules, resources, and materials to optimise learning outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of trainee attendance, progress, and certifications awarded.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages active participation and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Training & development?, Do you have a Master's degree?, We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead AWS and DevOps Trainer to deliver comprehensive training programmes to aspiring IT professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging training sessions that cover AWS cloud services and DevOps practices. This role requires strong communication skills, organisational abilities, and a passion for teaching technology. The Lead Trainer will also mentor junior trainers and ensure training content remains current with industry standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a background in IT, teaching, or plumbing with a keen interest in cloud computing and automation., * Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Have experience mentoring learners towards AWS Solutions Architect Certification.
- Proven experience in AWS cloud services and DevOps tools such as Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes, etc.
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple training programmes simultaneously.
- Teaching experience or background in education is highly desirable.
- Good IT knowledge across various platforms and systems relevant to cloud computing and automation.
- Ability to adapt training methods to suit different learning styles and levels of expertise.
- Effective interpersonal skills for mentoring trainees and collaborating with industry professionals., * Master's (preferred)
