The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging training sessions that cover AWS cloud services and DevOps practices. This role requires strong communication skills, organisational abilities, and a passion for teaching technology. The Lead Trainer will also mentor junior trainers and ensure training content remains current with industry standards. • Have experience mentoring learners towards AWS Solutions Architect Certification.
• Proven experience in AWS cloud services and DevOps tools such as Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes, etc.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple training programmes simultaneously.
• Teaching experience or background in education is highly desirable.
• Good IT knowledge across various platforms and systems relevant to cloud computing and automation.
• Ability to adapt training methods to suit different learning styles and levels of expertise.
• Effective interpersonal skills for mentoring trainees and collaborating with industry professionals., * Master's (preferred)
