We are looking for an enthusiastic and aspiring Salesforce Data Cloud and Agentforce Senior Consultant to join our dynamic Deloitte Digital team. This role is ideal for someone eager to develop their technical expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud, alongside Sales, Service, and Commerce Clouds. The successful candidate will have a foundational understanding of data analysis and a passion for learning how to translate insights into practical solutions. We seek a proactive and curious individual who is keen to delve into technical details, ask insightful questions, contribute to recommendations, and support the delivery of impactful results. As a Salesforce Data Cloud and Agentforce Senior Consultant, you will:

• Assist in the development, building, and implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud instances in conjunction with Sales, Service, and Commerce Cloud.
• Support project execution activities, including analysis, documentation, solution development, testing, and performance monitoring, to help meet client expectations.
• Learn to identify potential technical design and data model risks and contribute to devising strategies to mitigate them.
• Actively participate in technical design and data model workshops alongside Engineering Teams and business stakeholders.
• Help translate and communicate technical requirements and solutions to business stakeholders, learning to craft clear narratives.
• Stay informed about new and upcoming features in the Salesforce ecosystem and contribute to discussions on more efficient solutions.
• Support the consistent updating of technical documentation through active participation in technical workshops.
• Participate in sessions to understand client needs in technical marketing and Salesforce Data Cloud requirements, acting as a supportive resource during implementation.
• Learn to assess client requirements, contribute to proposed solutions, and understand the capabilities and limitations of Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Develop foundational knowledge as a technical solution specialist within the Salesforce Data Cloud ecosystem, including components like Data streams, Unified Data Model, Transformations/Insights, Identity Resolution, Segmentations, and Activations.
• Assist in developing and maintaining key data model, segmentation, architecture, code documentation, and technical specifications for designated workstreams.
• Support the development team in building solutions and ensuring the system's architectural integrity.
• Contribute to workstreams in large-scale enterprise implementations, with a focus on Salesforce Data Cloud architecture and data models.
• Learn to design and integrate Agentforce-powered AI capabilities into Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud solutions to enhance automation, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.
• Support the development and optimisation of Generative AI workflows for tasks such as personalised content creation, summarisation, and insight generation - ensuring adherence to Salesforce Trust Layer security and compliance standards.
• Understand and apply Agentic AI best practices to orchestrate multi-step, autonomous Salesforce processes that span across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Data Cloud.
• Help identify AI-specific risks related to data usage, bias, and model behaviour, and work with stakeholders to implement mitigation strategies in line with Salesforce guidance.
• Stay up to date with new Salesforce AI ecosystem features (including Trust Layer enhancements) and proactively identify opportunities for value creation.

If you have an interesting or unusual mix of skills yourself, even better. You'll have developing technical skills including some or all the following:

• A foundational understanding of marketing automation, data models, and architecture in the Salesforce ecosystem or equivalent.
• Familiarity with Customer Data Modelling best practices.
• An understanding of Salesforce cross-cloud integrations.
• Basic proficiency in SQL queries.
• Exposure to or an interest in integrating with cloud-based data warehouses/data lakes (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks or equivalent).
• An interest in Salesforce Agentforce capabilities, including building and deploying AI-driven agents.
• An understanding of Generative AI workflow design within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Familiarity with Agentic AI orchestration for autonomous process execution across Salesforce Clouds.
• A basic understanding of the Salesforce Trust Layer and its role in secure, compliant AI deployments.

Required:

• A desire to achieve Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant certification.
• A desire to achieve Agentforce Specialist certification.
• Salesforce Admin certification (or actively working towards it).
• Platform App Builder certification (or actively working towards it) - with an understanding of Salesforce Flows.
• Developing presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred:

• Exposure to SOQL and APEX.
• An interest in front-end coding skills (HTML, CSS/SASS, Typescript, React, XML, JSON).
