Job description

  • Provide primary administrative support to Procuring Managers, managing bids, awards, and client inquiries
  • Process engagement letters, due diligence materials, and coordinate accurate job setup across internal systems
  • Coordinate and submit bids, including research and ensuring timely, accurate submissions
  • Manage client communication, job updates, and status tracking with internal stakeholders
  • Process job changes (fees, timelines, scope) and ensure alignment with internal best practices
  • Handle expense reimbursements and support vendor onboarding and compliance
  • Generate reports (billing, job status, pipeline) and support ad hoc operational needs
  • Act as a liaison across teams, ensuring efficient coordination and resolution of requests

Requirements

The Administrator, Manager Solutions plays a critical role in supporting Managers by coordination and communication activities throughout the bid and engagement lifecycle. This position ensures accuracy, timeliness, and consistency in job setup, client communication, reporting, and expense processing-allowing Procuring Managers to focus on client relationships and business development. This role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and enjoys being a trusted operational partner., * 2+ years of administrative, operations, or coordination experience (professional services, real estate, financial services, or similar environments preferred)

  • High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Approximate Compensation Range for this Role: $24/hour to $29/hour, Employees (and their families) are provided options for employer subsidized medical benefits including RX, dental, vision as well as employer paid basic life/AD&D insurance and short-term / long-term disability. Employees are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan, which includes an employer match. Employees will also receive 10 days of sick leave and a minimum of 15- days vacation annually. Certain senior-level roles are eligible for unlimited time off. Employees will also enjoy 10 paid holidays plus two personal flex days throughout the calendar year. Twelve weeks (for birth parents) and 4 weeks (for non-birth parents, including adoptive/foster parents) for paid parental leave will also be available for use after successful completion of 90 days of employment.Individuals may be eligible for different or additional benefits under applicable state law.
