As a Diagnostics Technician, you'll play a key role in our operations-evaluating, testing, and processing devices to ensure they meet our quality standards.
This role combines technical diagnostics with warehouse operations, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both analytical work and physical activity.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and grade Apple, Microsoft, and other electronic devices.
- Perform device testing, data erasure, and configuration using specialized software tools.
- Conduct quality control checks to reduce defects and warranty returns.
- Assist with pallet packing, unpacking, and inventory handling to support warehouse efficiency.
- Accurately label, sort, and process incoming and outgoing devices.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and operational goals.

Requirements
Do you have experience in macOS support?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, Are you passionate about technology and enjoy working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment? Do you like solving problems, staying active, and working with cutting-edge devices? TechTom LLC is looking for a motivated Diagnostics Technician to join our growing team!, * Experience: Minimum 6 months in electronics troubleshooting, device repair, or product support.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with macOS, iOS, Windows, and Android operating systems
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Core Skills: Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 15-50 lbs and remain active throughout the workday.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed., * Experience diagnosing and repairing Apple devices (iPhone, iPad, MacBook) and Microsoft devices.
- Familiarity with Google / Microsoft Office and cloud-based workflows.
- Background in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics.
- Experience working in refurbishment, resale, or electronics processing environments.
