  • Utilize HKA implementation and delivery tools (e.g., Trello, MS Project, Lucid, internal AI tools) to manage tasks, documentation, and implementation artifacts.
  • Apply both traditional and Agile delivery methods depending on project scope and client needs.
  • Communicate project issues, risks, and status updates clearly to internal team members.
  • Support client training sessions (remote and onsite), assist with user adoption, and help troubleshoot configuration and usage issues.
  • Manage individual tasks and timelines across multiple active workstreams in a consulting environment.
  • Participate in internal team meetings, knowledge sharing, and process improvement initiatives.
  • As experience grows, contribute to advanced data and reporting initiatives, including supporting PMWeb reporting strategies and assisting with tools such as Power BI.
