Job description

We are seeking an IT Support Technician to provide technical support and assistance to end users in a fast-paced business environment. This role will serve as a primary point of contact for technology-related issues, helping users troubleshoot hardware, software, printing, and network connectivity concerns while delivering excellent customer service., * Serve as the first point of contact for technical support requests via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems

  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, printer, and network connectivity issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, software applications, and peripheral devices
  • Set up and support workstations, conference rooms, audiovisual equipment, and other IT hardware
  • Escalate complex technical issues when necessary and follow through to resolution
  • Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and solutions
  • Assist with IT projects, system upgrades, and technology deployments
  • Provide remote and onsite technical support to end users
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while managing multiple priorities

Requirements

Do you have experience in WordPress?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * High School Diploma or GED required

  • 1-2 years of help desk, desktop support, or technical support experience
  • Experience supporting Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, remote support tools, and help desk ticketing systems
  • Basic understanding of networking and server environments
  • WordPress experience is a plus
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
