Technical Training Endpoint Management Inventory Management Collaborative Software Artificial Intelligence Technical Documentation Authorization (Computing) Conference Room Technology Software As A Service (SaaS) Employee Assistance Programs Zoom (Video Conferencing Tool) Identity And Access Management Troubleshooting (Problem Solving) Microsoft Intune (Mobile Device Management Software), This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and customer-focused IT professional to serve as the primary onsite technical support resource for a dynamic Washington office. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of enterprise desktop support expertise, executive-level service experience, and hands-on audio visual knowledge to deliver exceptional, white-glove IT support across all levels of the organization. Operating independently in a fast-paced environment, this individual will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day technology experiences for employees and leadership alike, while also supporting critical meetings, events, and collaboration spaces. This role demands a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service., * Serve as the primary onsite IT support resource for all employees within the office

  • Answer user inquiries and resolve issues related to computer software, hardware, operating systems, and workplace technology solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in person, remotely, via phone, or through ticketing systems
  • Install, configure, test, maintain, and support hardware, software, and peripheral devices
  • Provision, deploy, and support Mac and Windows endpoints, mobile devices, and accessories
  • Support user account access, identity management, and SaaS applications
  • Enter commands, perform diagnostics, and observe system functionality to verify correct operation and identify issues
  • Maintain accurate records of support requests, troubleshooting activities, resolutions, and installations
  • Read technical documentation, conduct diagnostics, and collaborate with users to investigate and resolve technical issues
  • Partner with remote IT, Security, Engineering, and Workplace teams to resolve escalated issues and improve service delivery
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities, including device setup, account provisioning, and asset management
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
  • Provide support for conference rooms, Executive Briefing Centers, training rooms, and all-hands spaces
  • Support and troubleshoot conference room collaboration technologies and related systems
  • Assist with executive meetings, customer presentations, company events, and hybrid meeting experiences
  • Troubleshoot displays, cameras, microphones, speakers, room controllers, presentation systems, and related AV equipment
  • Perform proactive room readiness checks and testing prior to meetings and events
  • Coordinate with AV vendors and workplace teams to ensure meeting spaces remain operational and aligned with business needs, Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Requirements

Jamf Mac OS Writing Leadership IT Security Device Setup Communication Presentations Prioritization Time Management Problem Solving Desktop Support Microsoft Teams Customer Service Asset Management Hardware Support Technical Issues Operating Systems Technical Support Help Desk Support Mac/Apple Support, * 3 to 4 years of experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, Help Desk, or End User Services environments

  • Experience working independently as a primary or sole onsite IT support resource
  • 3 or more years of experience providing white-glove or executive-level IT support in a corporate environment
  • 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience supporting AV systems in conference rooms, Executive Briefing Centers, event spaces, and executive environments
  • Experience supporting live events, executive briefings, and company-wide presentations
  • Demonstrated history of stable, long-term employment with consistent tenure in previous roles
  • Associate degree in a computer-related field or equivalent technical training and experience
  • Advanced troubleshooting of macOS and Windows devices and environments
  • Experience supporting hardware, software, peripherals, mobile devices, and SaaS applications
  • Ability to independently resolve end-user issues in a corporate environment
  • Experience providing white-glove support to senior leadership and executives
  • Proficiency supporting collaboration tools and identity and access management platforms such as Okta or Microsoft Entra ID
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to operate effectively in high-visibility situations
  • Hands-on experience supporting conference room technologies, including Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms
  • Ability to troubleshoot displays, cameras, microphones, speakers, room controllers, and presentation technology
  • Experience supporting executive meetings, customer presentations, and live events
  • Familiarity with endpoint management platforms such as Jamf, Intune, Kandji, or similar tools
  • Knowledge of asset management and inventory management platforms
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize workload, manage time effectively, and operate with minimal supervision
