This role will act as a primary IT presence in the Fremont, NE area, partnering closely with engineering teams to ensure smooth deployment, operation, and support of critical systems., * Provide Tier 2 support for desktop, hardware, and end-user technical issues
- Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot PCs, peripherals, and software systems
- Manage user access and permissions within Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments
- Support onsite IT needs including device setup, connectivity, and light infrastructure tasks
- Resolve and document support tickets while identifying recurring issues and trends
- Assist engineering teams with system rollouts, upgrades, and site standups
- Create documentation and contribute to process improvements

Requirements
- Hands-on experience with desktop and end-user support
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, imaging, and device setup
- Experience working within the Microsoft ecosystem (Windows, Active Directory, Microsoft 365)
- Proven ability to manage user accounts, access permissions, and OS-related issues
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to support non-technical users professionally
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- Demonstrated ownership of support tickets from intake through resolution
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Exposure to AWS or other cloud environments
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
- Basic SQL knowledge (querying and troubleshooting)
- Experience with healthcare or pharmacy management systems
- MSP or multi-site support experience
- Basic networking knowledge (VPNs, routers, connectivity troubleshooting)
- Experience creating IT documentation or knowledge base articles, * CompTIA A+ and/or Network+ (or equivalent experience)
- Strong hands-on experience with hardware setup and deployment
- Ability to collaborate with engineering teams on deployments and upgrades
- Willingness to travel to Fremont, NE as needed for onsite support
- Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset
Benefits & conditions
This is a Contract position based out of Fremont, NE. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $43.00/hr.
