Job description

ServiceNow Platform Lead | Hybrid in Boston | Up to $150k DOE

Our professional services client is looking to for someone to assume technical ownership of the ServiceNow platform for their environment.

What You'll Do

  • Own the overall health, governance, and architecture of the ServiceNow platform across production and non production environments
  • Lead end to end delivery of ServiceNow solutions including workflows, automations, scoped applications, integrations, and self service capabilities
  • Provide technical leadership across scripting, configuration, performance tuning, security, and platform best practices
  • Manage integrations with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth/OIDC, MID Server, and IntegrationHub
  • Establish coding standards, automated testing practices, documentation processes, and upgrade readiness procedures
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and third party vendors to deliver scalable, secure, and high quality solutions
  • Mentor developers and administrators while promoting an out of the box first approach where appropriate

Requirements

  • 5-8+ years of ServiceNow development experience including technical leadership experience
  • Strong hands on expertise with JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, Service Catalog, and Automated Test Framework
  • Experience with platform security, RBAC, ACLs, integrations, and performance optimisation
  • Strong understanding of enterprise integrations and cloud technologies
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem solving skills
  • Experience working in regulated or highly confidential environments is highly desirable
