The Associate Content Creator & Graphic Designer is the voice and visual pulse of our clients' organic social presence, promotional/marketing materials and brand assets. You are responsible for the intersection of thumb-stopping design, platform-native storytelling and designing brand assets to complement. Your goal is to transform brand strategies into high-performing organic content that builds community, drives engagement and maintains a seamless visual identity across all social and brand ecosystems., * Design Eye: Create and edit original designs to meet our clients' needs and deadlines, working in a wide range of styles and applications.
- Platform-Native Production: Designs and edits high-engagement organic assets, including short-form video, carousels and stories that align with brand DNA.
- Trend Translation: Identifies relevant social trends in real time and translates them into brand-appropriate content before they peak.
- Brand Systems: Maintains brand consistency and quality across all media for a wide variety of clients.
- Rapid Iteration: Uses performance data to double down on winning content formats and sunset underperforming ones.
- Forever Student: Stays up to date on current design and social media tools, trends and best practices, continuing to sharpen techniques.
- Technical Accuracy: Ensures all deliverables are built to accurate specs before delivery.
- Frictionless Delivery: Meets all deadlines and budget parameters, communicating proactively if project scopes shift.
- Professionalism: Responds to internal and external feedback with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Concepting: Brainstorms with Creative, Account and Social teams to ideate and create materials within larger 360-degree campaigns.

Requirements
Do you have experience in Visual communication design?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * 1-2 years of experience in social media content creation and graphic design (agency or in-house brand experience preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- A portfolio/social reel demonstrating native platform proficiency (TikTok, Reels, etc.) and strong design fundamentals.
- Design: A keen eye for detail and current visual trends along with top-notch design and conceptual thinking. Ability to create promotional materials and brand assets.
- Native Fluency: Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram and emerging platforms -knowing what works "in-feed" vs. "in-ad."
- Design Stack: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign/Photoshop/Illustrator) and mobile-first tools (Canva, CapCut, Instagram Edits, etc.).
- Visual Storytelling: Ability to shoot, edit and design content that feels authentic to the platform, not just "polished."
- Agility: Excellent time management with the ability to pivot based on real-time project requests in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Excellent communicator with the ability to work in collaboration with other art directors, writers and strategists as well as tackle projects solo.
