Job description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Coordinator to support Ready to Work skills programs, which prepare participants for career opportunities in high-demand industries. The Data Coordinator will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining program data across multiple systems, including SYNC/Salesforce, Workforce GPS, Bonterra ETO (also known as Social Solutions), and CVue (CampusVue).
This role is crucial in ensuring the accurate entry of the participant profile, collecting, attaching necessary documentation, and tracking program milestones. Milestones include enrollment, completion, job placement, and the disbursement of benefits. Benefits may consist of wraparound support received, tuition paid, or emergency financial assistance disbursed. Logging milestones will also include related case notes and uploads of documentation. Each step a participant takes in the training process will require a SYNC update, typically including data input, case notes, and documentation (such as proof of income)., * Accurately enter and update participant data into case management software systems SYNC/Salesforce, Workforce GPS,CVue (CampusVue), Bonterra ETO (also known as Social Solutions) systems.
- Maintain and validate program data to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with reporting requirements.
- Generate reports from case management software systems as needed to support program staff and leadership.
- Collaborate with instructors and program staff to ensure timely receipt of case notes and documentation.
- Assist in preparing compliance documentation and data submissions for internal and external partners.
- Protect confidentiality of sensitive participant data in alignment with organizational policies and data security standards.
- Perform other administrative or clerical duties as assigned to support program operations.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Typing?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or coursework in business administration, data management, or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or a clerical role.
- Proficiency in database systems; prior experience with SYNC/Salesforce, Workforce GPS, CVue (CampusVue), and Bonterra EOT (previously known as Social Solutions) is highly desirable.
- Strong typing skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with program staff and instructors.
- Commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive program and participant information.
