Product Owner

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate requirements into actionable user stories
• Manage and prioritize product backlogs based on business value, dependencies, and delivery objectives
• Collaborate with development teams, architects, and program leadership throughout the Agile delivery lifecycle
• Define acceptance criteria and validate completed work against business requirements
• Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and iteration activities
• Review testing strategies and ensure delivered functionality meets expectations
• Lead product demonstrations and communicate progress to stakeholders and leadership
• Support product strategy and align delivery efforts with organizational goals

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to join a fast-paced Agile team supporting critical financial and technology initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of Agile delivery, product ownership, and financial services concepts, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, development teams, architects, and leadership. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of business analysis, technical acumen, and product management experience to drive successful delivery of strategic initiatives., * 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in an Agile environment

• Strong Agile/Scrum experience with the ability to immediately contribute within an established Agile framework
• Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, TFS, or similar Agile project management tools
• Agile certification such as CSPO, CSM, CSP, or equivalent
• Experience with payments, financial services, banking systems, or money movement concepts
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and cloud-based environments
• General understanding of infrastructure and security principles
• Experience with data warehousing, data mining, and data analytics
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams, * Experience supporting core banking applications, financial systems, or digital financial products
• SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) experience
• 5-10 years of banking or financial services industry experience
• Experience working directly with executive leadership and senior stakeholders
• Strategic mindset with strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
