Senior Information Technology Project Manager

We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to support a large-scale utility technology and GIS modernization initiative. This role will be responsible for leading complex, cross-functional projects through both planning and execution phases while maintaining accountability for scope, schedule, budget, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

This is a highly visible role requiring a hands-on project leader who can successfully coordinate multiple workstreams, manage competing priorities, and drive delivery across technical and business teams.
