Sr Core Java Developer (DE)

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex system engineering activities involving cross-functional technical support.
• Establish input/output processes and working parameters for hardware/software compatibility and subsystem integration.
• Serve as a technology subject matter expert, providing and communicating complex solutions across technical, managerial, and business audiences.
• Manage multiple complex projects, directing activities of teams related to special initiatives or operations.
• Lead resolution processes for complex problems, analyzing situations or data to evaluate various factors.

• 7-10 years of IT experience with a focus on Java development.
• Strong Core Java and Enterprise Java (Spring, WebSphere/WebLogic) expertise.
• Solid object-oriented design (OOD) and enterprise system design experience.
• Hands-on experience with Web Services & integrations (SOAP, REST, middleware).
• Experience with CI/CD and build tools such as Jenkins/Hudson, Maven, and testing frameworks like JUnit/TestNG.
