Job description
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Project Manager to lead Oracle EPM Cloud implementation, enhancement, and support engagements while serving as the Security Administration lead across EPM environments. This role combines project delivery leadership with hands-on responsibility for Oracle EPM Cloud security, governance, and user access management.
The successful candidate will partner closely with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality Oracle EPM solutions while maintaining secure, audit-compliant, and scalable access control frameworks., Project Delivery & Leadership
- Lead Oracle EPM Cloud implementations, upgrades, and support engagements from project initiation through post-production support.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocations, and delivery milestones.
- Utilize Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies to ensure successful project execution.
- Manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
- Facilitate project governance activities, including status reporting, steering committee updates, RAID management, and executive communications.
- Serve as the primary client-facing delivery lead, coordinating business and technical teams to achieve project objectives.
- Monitor project financials, resource utilization, budget forecasts, and overall engagement health.
- Lead cutover planning, go-live readiness assessments, and hypercare support activities.
- Support business development efforts through proposal development, RFP responses, statements of work, and identification of follow-on opportunities.
- Mentor junior consultants and promote delivery excellence and team collaboration.
Oracle EPM Security Administration

Design, implement, and maintain role-based access control (RBAC) models across Oracle EPM Cloud applications, including:

Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS/EPBCS)

Financial Consolidation and Close Service (FCCS)

Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Service (PCMCS)

Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS)

Enterprise Data Management (EDM)

Tax Reporting Cloud Service (TRCS)
Manage user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access administration through Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS) and OCI Identity and Access Management (OCI IAM).
Configure and maintain application roles, security groups, data access permissions, member-level security, forms, dashboards, and task lists.
Support migration and deployment of security artifacts across development, test, and production environments.
Administer and support Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and security automation initiatives.
Perform periodic access reviews and support SOX, ITGC, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) compliance requirements.
Develop and maintain security documentation, role matrices, governance procedures, and client handover materials.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Oracle EPM experience, including at least two full-cycle Oracle EPM Cloud implementations delivered in a Project Manager, Delivery Lead, or equivalent leadership role.
- 5+ years of hands-on Oracle EPM Cloud Security Administration experience, including user provisioning, RBAC design, and data access security across multiple EPM modules.
- Experience administering Oracle IDCS, OCI IAM, or comparable enterprise identity management platforms.
- Proven project management experience delivering engagements exceeding $500K in value.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders, project risks, budgets, resources, and executive communications.
- Working knowledge of SOX compliance, IT General Controls (ITGC), and Segregation of Duties (SoD) principles.
- Understanding of financial planning, budgeting, consolidation, close, and reporting processes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Ability to work remotely with reliable internet connectivity and a professional home-office environment., * Oracle EPM Cloud certifications in PBCS, FCCS, EDM, or related modules.
- PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe Agile, or comparable project management certification.
- Experience with Oracle Hyperion security, Shared Services, Native Directory, and Hyperion-to-Cloud migration projects.
- Knowledge of EPMAutomate, REST APIs, and automation techniques for user provisioning and security reporting.
- Experience supporting SOX, GDPR, or other regulatory audit initiatives.
- Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP security, including General Ledger roles and OTBI security.
- Master's degree in Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

Pay Transparency: Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $151,759 - $242,540. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
