Lead Full Stack Developer (Angular) - W2

We Miracle Software Systems is looking for the Lead Full Stack Developer (Angular Focused) on W2/Fulltime., Strong full-stack capabilities with Spring Boot REST APIs and relational databases like PostgreSQL.

Expertise in Agile/Sprint-based delivery and using modern DevOps tools like GitHub Actions or Tekton.

Oversee the CI/CD pipeline and automated testing to ensure consistent, stable deployments to the GCP environment.

Role Summary:

We are seeking a Full Stack Lead with a heavy emphasis on Angular to manage the execution of the development roadmap.

You will lead the offshore development team to ensure all functional requirements are fulfilled with high quality and within the established 2-week sprint cycles.

This role is critical for maintaining delivery velocity and ensuring technical deliverables meet the client's rigorous standards for data accuracy and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership:

Provide technical guidance and oversight to the offshore team, ensuring they understand complex requirements for modules like Freight, Releases, and Risk Analytics.

Fulfillment of Requirements:

Drive the team to complete all in-scope items, including the replication of charts, tables, and complex filtering logic within the Angular UI.

Performance Engineering:

Direct the implementation of Redis caching and backend aggregation logic to guarantee a fast user experience at initial access.

Code Quality & Logic Validation:

Review code to ensure 100% KPI accuracy, specifically verifying that the implementation backend logic is flawless.

Agile Delivery Management:

Oversee the CI/CD pipeline and automated testing to ensure consistent, stable deployments to the GCP environment.

Advanced proficiency in Angular 17+ and experience leading distributed/offshore development teams.
