Project Manager/Scrum Master

Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to closure, ensuring successful project delivery

Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables aligned with business objectives

Drive stakeholder management by engaging business leaders, clients, and cross-functional teams

Implement and oversee Agile/Scrum methodologies for effective execution

Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks through proactive risk management practices

Monitor project progress, budgets, and resource allocation

Facilitate key Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives

Ensure clear communication, reporting, and governance across all project phases

Resolve issues and remove blockers to ensure timely delivery

Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with organizational standards

8+ years of experience in Project Management

Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification

Strong expertise in:

Delivery Management

Stakeholder Management

Risk Management

Experience working in Agile and Scrum frameworks

Proven ability to manage large-scale, cross-functional projects

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Agile certifications (CSM, SAFe, etc.)

Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar
