Job description
As a Senior Digital Solutions Technical Catalog Manager, you are the architect of the technical product ecosystem and the lead orchestrator of AI-driven catalog automation. You will manage the intersection of product logic, system integrations, and Large Language Model (LLM) implementations. Your goal is to move beyond manual entry by building "Self-Healing" catalogs that leverage AI to categorize assets, optimize search relevance, and automate technical documentation., * AI-Enhanced Catalog Taxonomy: Implement and refine ML-based tagging and categorization to ensure products are indexed accurately for AI-driven search and recommendation engines.
- Prompt Engineering for Content: Develop and maintain "Source of Truth" prompt libraries to generate consistent, high-quality technical product descriptions and metadata via Generative AI.
- Automated Quality Engineering: Lead the implementation of AI-driven testing suites that predict configuration conflicts and validate complex bundling logic before deployment.
- Data Pipeline Stewardship: Oversee the technical data feeds that "train" the digital storefront's AI. Ensure the catalog provides clean, structured data for RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) frameworks used in customer-facing chatbots.
- Operational Velocity through Automation: Proactively identify manual bottlenecks in the content supply chain and deploy AI agents or Python scripts to automate repetitive mapping tasks.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Debug AI-generated output errors or "hallucinations" within the catalog UI, ensuring technical specifications remain 100% accurate.
- Cross-Functional AI Liaison: Partner with Data Science and AI Engineering teams to ensure the catalog architecture supports personalized customer experiences and dynamic pricing models.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise technical catalog management or digital solution architecture.
- AI Literacy: Practical experience using Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) or LLM APIs to automate content or data structuring.
- Technical Data Fluency: Deep understanding of JSON, XML, and Vector Databases (how catalog data is stored for AI retrieval).
- Advanced Tool Proficiency: Power-user status in JIRA and enterprise Catalog platforms (Oracle, Salesforce Industries, or Technotree).
- Logic & Pattern Recognition: Proven ability to design complex "If/Then" business rules that translate into machine-readable catalog logic.
