Information Technology Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to support a large-scale Family Court Case Management System (FCCMS) used in a complex judicial environment. This system supports critical court operations including case management, financial processing, document handling, and integration with external government platforms. You will play a key role in maintaining, improving, and modernizing this enterprise system while working closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors

What You'll Be Working

On The platform supports:

• Family court case processing and workflows
• Financial and accounting functions
• Document storage and imaging
• System integrations with external agencies
• Secure data exchange with government systems, * Lead project management efforts for system upgrades, enhancements, and modernization initiatives
• Work closely with business and technical teams to improve system functionality
• Manage requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation activities
• Oversee testing efforts including test planning, execution, and defect tracking
• Coordinate issue resolution between stakeholders and vendor teams
• Review and validate system designs, documentation, and requirements
• Support user training and ongoing system education efforts
• Manage production issues, enhancements, and system maintenance activities
• Ensure system changes align with business and operational needs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize improvements and enhancements

• 7+ years of experience working with or configuring FCCMS (or similar court case management systems)
• 5+ years of experience in software solution design and documentation
• 5+ years of experience gathering and managing software requirements
• 5+ years of experience leading complex software implementation projects

Preferred Experience

• Strong understanding of software testing (unit, integration, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing)
• Experience leading QA/testing or development teams
• Ability to read data models and write SQL queries
• Experience supporting systems in maintenance and operations phases
• Familiarity with electronic filing (e-filing) systems
