Job description

  • Administer and support Oracle, MongoDB, and DynamoDB environments
  • Manage database upgrades, patching, backup/recovery, and replication
  • Perform database migration, schema conversion, and modernization initiatives
  • Optimize database performance, indexing, partitioning, and scalability
  • Support HA/DR solutions including RAC/Data Guard and MongoDB replication
  • Work with AWS cloud services and automate DBA tasks using scripting
  • Partner with developers, architects, DevOps, and security teams

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced Database Administrator with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle, MongoDB, and Amazon DynamoDB to support a large-scale enterprise database environment. This role requires someone with strong database administration, migration, performance tuning, AWS cloud, and automation experience across both relational and NoSQL platforms.

Important Candidate Requirements

  • Strong experience with Oracle Database Administration
  • Strong experience with MongoDB Administration + DynamoDB
  • Hands-on with SQL / PL-SQL / query optimization
  • Experience with database migration & modernization
  • Strong AWS cloud experience required
  • Scripting/automation with Python / Shell / PowerShell preferred, * 10-15 years of enterprise DBA experience
  • Strong Oracle + MongoDB + DynamoDB administration
  • Experience with AWS cloud platform
  • Strong SQL / PL-SQL / performance tuning skills
  • Experience with HA/DR, monitoring tools, and database health checks
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills
