Requirements

  • 1+ year of IT Help Desk / Technical Support experience
  • Experience handling customer support calls and ticketing systems
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Experience supporting Windows 10 environments
  • Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Zendesk, or HPSM
  • Experience providing remote technical support to end users
  • Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, login, and access issues

Preferred Skills

  • Active Directory user administration (password resets, account management)
  • Mac/macOS support experience
  • JAMF, SCCM, or endpoint management tools
  • VMware/virtualization experience
  • Knowledge of incident, change, and problem management
  • Experience supporting large user populations (100+ users)
  • Software deployment, imaging, encryption, and security tools
  • Apple certifications are a plus
