Job description
Engineer and administer Microsoft 365 tenant services across Exchange Online Intranet Box and Intune
Lead Intune engineering efforts including compliance policies configuration profiles endpoint security baselines and app protection policies
Support Windows Autopilot provisioning workflows for secure device deployment and lifecycle management
Manage Entra ID access governance including Conditional Access design RBAC implementation and MFA enforcement
Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to configure and support Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Defender for Office 365 security controls
Investigate identity and device risk events using audit logs signin logs and Defender s
Develop PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API automation reducing manual administrative workload by approximately 50
Serve as escalation point for complex identity endpoint and collaborationrelated incidents
Monitor Microsoft 365 service health and proactively remediate service degradations
