Solutions Architect

As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for defining solution architecture, developing business blueprints, and aligning enterprise software solutions with customer business objectives. You will work closely with customers, sales teams, project managers, and consulting teams to identify operational challenges, recommend scalable solutions, and guide implementations from strategy through go-live. This role requires strong communication, leadership, and consulting skills, along with the ability to engage stakeholders ranging from operational teams to executive leadership., * Design and develop enterprise application and solution architectures for manufacturing environments

• Lead business blueprint development and define future-state business processes
• Identify functional gaps and recommend scalable ERP and integration solutions
• Partner with customers to align business requirements with technical solutions
• Support pre-sales activities including demonstrations, presentations, and solution strategy discussions
• Guide implementation readiness, configuration strategy, and go-live planning
• Collaborate cross-functionally with project managers, consultants, sales teams, and technical resources
• Provide mentoring, training, and best practice guidance to internal teams
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, cross-selling, and additional customer value
• Serve as a trusted advisor and escalation resource for critical customer situations

• 7+ years of experience in business systems, ERP consulting, or solution architecture
• 4 5 years of experience delivering enterprise application solutions using Infor software solutions
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, supply chain, production, and financial processes
• Experience designing and implementing ERP and integrated business solutions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including C-level interaction
• Ability to translate operational challenges into scalable business system solutions
• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent industry experience
• Strong leadership, consulting, and change management capabilities
