Job description

Insight Global is seeking a TS/SCI-cleared Software Developer to support the design, development, and deployment of secure, cloud-native applications in AWS GovCloud environments. This individual will work closely with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and mission teams to modernize legacy systems, build scalable solutions, and support ongoing cloud migration efforts., * Design, develop, and deploy secure cloud-native applications and REST APIs in AWS GovCloud

  • Build and manage infrastructure using Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines with integrated security scanning
  • Containerize applications using Docker and support Kubernetes environments
  • Identify and remediate security vulnerabilities across applications and pipelines
  • Support cloud migration and modernization efforts from on-premise to AWS environments

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • 4+ years of software development experience in a DoD or federal environment
  • Strong experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks (React, Angular, Node/Express)
  • Hands-on experience with AWS (GovCloud preferred) and REST API development
  • Experience with Terraform (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
  • Understanding of secure coding practices and DevSecOps principles
