This role can be filled from the client site 5 days a week in one of the following locations: Dallas TX, or Pittsburgh PA.
CGI is actively seeking Pega Certified Senior System Architects to spearhead the advancement of business process standards for our clients and the industry. As a Pega Senior System Architect will be responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of innovative solutions that meet the needs of our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of technical solutions.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
. Design and develop Pega applications, including case management, workflows, user interfaces, and integrations. Configure Pega rules, data models, and decisioning components to meet the specified business requirements.
. Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs for Pega-based solutions.
. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements, ensuring alignment with Pega development best practices.
. Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
. Troubleshoot and resolve production related issues independently.
. Debug and troubleshoot issues in Pega applications, identifying and implementing effective solutions.
. Perform unit testing and support system testing activities, ensuring the software meets functional and performance requirements.
. Collaborate with system architects and infrastructure teams to deploy Pega applications and manage environment configurations.
. Document technical designs, implementation approaches, and configuration changes for reference and future maintenance.
. Stay updated with the latest Pega features, best practices, and industry trends, and apply them to enhance the quality and efficiency of Pega development projects.
Requirements
Minimum 5-6 Years of Pega experience in a similar role
. Successful completion of Pega Senior System Architect certification (PCSSA)
. Demonstrated experience with Pega frameworks\ new components.
. Conceptual understanding of Pega Constellation
. Knowledgeable in the Initial set up of the application by defining the Rule Sets, Organizational Hierarchy, and Enterprise Class Structure
. Review Code and deployed to staging and production at the end of each release.
. Debug performance issues using PRPC tools such as Tracer, PAL and Clipboard in troubleshooting applications and for memory usage., * Agile

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $58,800.00 - $156,700.00.
