Job description
Provide assistance to the Alarm and Suppression Service Departments companywide. Duties include completing and sending service quotes and estimates for materials and labor for repairs. Project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction. Other duties may be required as assigned by the lead admin or VP of Fire Alarm and Suppression., Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Print SFU's from Inspections.
- Complete estimates for materials and labor needed for repairs.
- Email quotes to customers.
- Perform follow-ups on non-approved quotes.
- Open tickets for approved SFU's.
- Order material for approved SFU's.
- Attend any necessary required meetings.
Requirements

- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- 3+ years of administrative experience is required.
- Previous construction industry experience is a plus.
- Proven knowledge of Microsoft Office Software (i.e. Word, PowerPoint, and particularly Excel) is required.
- Knowledge of general office machines and telephone systems is required.
