8+ years of Technical Program Management experience.
5+ years leading cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, or infrastructure modernization programs.
Strong experience managing AWS-based initiatives and cloud migration projects.
Experience with Terraform, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD environments.
Knowledge of AWS services including EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, RDS, EKS, Lambda, and CloudFormation.
Experience with DevOps, DevSecOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and Infrastructure Engineering practices.
Experience managing ServiceNow, ITIL, ITSM, cloud governance, or FinOps initiatives.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills.
Experience working within Agile, Scrum, or SAFe environments.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline., * AWS Certification(s).
PMP, SAFe, ITIL, or Kubernetes certifications.
Experience within Financial Services, Insurance, FinTech, Healthcare, or other highly regulated enterprise environments.
Prior experience leading enterprise-scale infrastructure modernization and cloud transformation initiatives.
