Job description

We are seeking a reliable Help Desk Technician to provide technical support to employees and customers. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up computer equipment, responding to help desk requests, and documenting support activities., * Provide technical support via phone, email, and in person

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Install and configure computers, printers, and applications
  • Maintain accurate records of support requests
  • Escalate complex issues when necessary

Requirements

Do you have experience in Windows?, * Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, and networking

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous IT support experience preferred
