Job description

We're partnering with a growing organization seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design and build scalable AI workflows and agent-based solutions. This is a hands-on role focused on combining LLM capabilities with business logic to drive automation and efficiency across the business.

What You'll Do

  • Design and build AI-driven workflows and agent-based solution
  • Develop LLM-powered workflows integrated with business rules and enterprise systems
  • Implement multi-agent orchestration (task routing, coordination, communication)
  • Own the full lifecycle: development, deployment, monitoring, and optimization
  • Ensure workflows are scalable, reliable, and observable
  • Partner with IT, data, and business teams to deliver impactful AI solutions

Requirements

  • 3-6 years in software development, data engineering, or automation
  • Strong Python and API/integration experience
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
  • Familiarity with LLMs, AI workflows, or agent frameworks
  • Experience with Git/CI/CD and modern development practices

Nice to Have

  • Azure AI, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel experience
  • Power Platform (Power Automate, Copilot Studio, etc.)
  • DevOps / MLOps exposure
