Job description
- Review and validate repair project programming documents (DD 1391/1391C, compliance certs, MILCON calculations)
- Advise installations on AFIs, UFCs, and AFCAMP business rules
- Analyze infrastructure data and asset performance (SMS, BUILDER, CPP)
- Develop and validate project requirements, cost estimates, and documentation
- Perform lifecycle cost analysis (LCCA) and cost-benefit evaluations
- Build dashboards and visual tools to support leadership decision-making
- Support pavement management plans and site visits as required
- Assist with gap analyses, infrastructure assessments, and resilience planning
- Participate in requirements boards and planning charrettes
- Develop briefings, reports, templates, and training materials
- Provide administrative and technical support to senior leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (preferably Engineering)
- 5+ years of experience in:
- Civil Engineer (CE) Requirements Optimization (R&O)
- CE Operations or Sub-AMP Management (Facilities, Utilities, or TNAP)
- Experience supporting DoD installations (AFCEC, AFIMSC, MAJCOM, or similar)
- Strong understanding of:
- FSRM and MILCON programming processes
- Air Force infrastructure requirements and planning documentation
- Reviewing projects and making recommendations
- Developing trainings and SOPs (utilities systems and facilities installations)
- Hands-on experience with:
- BUILDER
- GIS
- Power BI
- Enterprise Asset Management systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to complex environments
- Understanding various data gaps, analyzing the anomalies, and then communication to the installation for remediation
