Information Architect

Gather and analyze business and user requirements. Design and maintain intranet navigation, site maps, and content taxonomy. Create wireframes and information architecture models. Improve content organization, usability, and searchability. Develop metadata standards and naming conventions. Work closely with business stakeholders, content owners, UX designers, and developers. Conduct usability testing and implement improvements based on feedback. Ensure compliance with accessibility and governance standards. Support SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 intranet solutions. Document architecture decisions and communicate recommendations to stakeholders.

Experience in Information Architecture and intranet projects. Strong understanding of content organization, taxonomy, and user-centered design. Experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365. Knowledge of site maps, wireframes, navigation design, and metadata management. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with usability testing and accessibility standards. Experience working in Agile environments.
