Job description
We're hiring an IT Support Specialist with strong technical depth. You'll provide advanced troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network infrastructure while developing Python-based automation scripts to streamline operations. The role requires solid networking knowledge including TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, and firewall management. Candidates must have hands-on experience managing Office 365 environments, including user administration, Exchange Online, and Azure AD. Experience with Python for scripting, API integration, and automation is required. Familiarity with AI tools and frameworks is highly desirable for implementing intelligent monitoring and predictive maintenance solutions.
Duties:
- Work within our ticketing system to document incidents, track progress, and ensure timely resolution
- Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage and administer Office 365 environments including user accounts, Exchange Online, and Azure AD
- Develop and maintain Python scripts for automation and process improvement
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network problems involving TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, and firewalls
- Take detailed technical notes and maintain accurate documentation
- Monitor ticket resolution and help manage small to medium IT projects
Requirements
- Strong experience managing Office 365 environments
- Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation

- Hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Excellent documentation and note-taking skills
