Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer / Platform Engineer with strong expertise in Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) and cloud platform engineering. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing and administering Informatica Cloud environments, automating infrastructure, and supporting enterprise-scale data platforms., * Design, develop, and maintain data engineering and platform solutions on AWS

  • Implement and administer Informatica IDMC environments
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and operational workflows
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and support production systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure platform reliability and scalability
  • Participate in on-call and production support activities as required

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) and Self-Service Workbench

  • Experience developing solutions and setting up Informatica Cloud environments

  • Proficiency in Python and Unix Shell Scripting

  • Experience automating infrastructure provisioning and operational tasks using:

  • Terraform

  • GitLab

  • Ansible

  • Python

Strong knowledge of AWS services including:

  • EC2
  • SSM
  • CloudFormation
  • CloudWatch
  • Lambda

Experience troubleshooting and supporting production environments in a 24x7 support model

Excellent communication, time management, and technical presentation skills Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Apache Spark, Amazon EMR/Hadoop, PySpark, and AWS Glue
  • Experience creating and managing Terraform Modules
  • Prior experience supporting enterprise cloud data platforms
