Job description
- Procurement of laptops, keyboards/mice, monitors, printers and accessories as needed for new hires and existing Centersquare employees.
- Prepare new laptop computers for newly hired employees. Includes laptop setup, asset management and setup of all necessary accounts required for new employees.
- Provisioning and troubleshooting phone issues with our cloud-based phone system.
- End-user support including Windows desktop/laptops, Mac Computers, Mobile devices (phones, iPad, etc.)
- On Call Support for our VIPs and Overnight employees. Rotates every three weeks for a total of 17 times per year.
- Support local and network printers and other peripherals, VPN account administration and connectivity, VOIP control panel (moves/adds/changes) and desktop phone support.
- Manage Microsoft Office 365, OneDrive for Business, mapped network drives, mobile email support with Microsoft Office 365, and OTS/COTS software installation and troubleshooting support
- Manage all IT hardware inventory at local sites, including maintaining ITAM system (ServiceNow) to 100% accuracy to account for all IT fixed assets
- Other office IT duties as requested
Requirements
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage several concurrent tasks.
- Minimum 5 years General IT experience on both Windows and Mac computers. Must have installation, management and troubleshooting experience with Microsoft Office, Office 365 and other common desktop applications.
- Basic security understanding and working experience with dual factor/multi factor authentication (2FA/MFA) solutions.
- Ability to execute detailed procedures in accordance with Centersquare's strict cybersecurity requirements.
- Basic ITIL problem management understanding and support ticket systems understanding.
- Basic office networking (switching and connectivity)
- Windows Active Directory (AD) administration experience is a plus.
- Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager experience Preferred.
- Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Support of multiple languages and keyboards a plus
