Job description
Product Strategy & Ownership
- Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for commercial analytics solutions
- Develop scalable data and AI-driven products for pharma commercial functions
- Identify opportunities to leverage advanced analytics and GenAI
Stakeholder Management
- Partner with sales, marketing, and market access stakeholders
- Serve as the bridge between business and data/engineering teams
- Lead product demos, roadmap discussions, and executive updates
Data & Platform Delivery
- Work extensively with datasets (Xponent, DDD, LAAD, etc.)
- Define data solutions using AWS (S3, Glue, EMR, Redshift)
- Collaborate on large-scale data processing with PySpark/Spark frameworks
Analytics & Visualization
- Oversee development of dashboards using Tableau
- Deliver insights for SFE, segmentation, targeting, and performance tracking
- Ensure insights are actionable and aligned to business KPIs
Agile Execution
- Own backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and delivery milestones
- Ensure alignment with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Deliver incremental value through releases
Requirements

10+ years in life sciences/pharma commercial analytics

Proven experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager

Strong expertise in:

AWS (S3, Glue, EMR, Lambda, Redshift)

PySpark / distributed data processing
-
Tableau (or equivalent BI tools)
Deep experience with IQVIA data and commercial pharma datasets
Strong understanding of:
- Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE)
- Territory Alignment (TA)
- Segmentation & Targeting
- Commercial analytics
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in GenAI / AI-driven analytics use cases
- Knowledge of Next Best Action (NBA) and omnichannel analytics
- Strong SQL and data modeling skills
- Exposure to modular data product architectures
