Senior Business/Data Analyst - SAP & Cloud Data Analytics

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business/Data Analyst with strong expertise in SAP systems, Cloud Data Platforms, and Data Analytics. The ideal candidate will play a key role in gathering business requirements, conducting detailed analysis, documenting processes, and supporting the delivery of cloud-based data lake capabilities that enable critical business applications and analytics initiatives., * Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.

• Perform detailed data analysis to identify business needs, process improvements, and reporting requirements.
• Create and maintain business process models, workflow diagrams, and functional specifications.
• Evaluate business impacts, dependencies, risks, and opportunities associated with new initiatives.
• Prioritize business requests and translate requirements into actionable deliverables for technical teams.
• Partner with project managers, data engineers, architects, and development teams to ensure successful implementation of Cloud Data Lake solutions.
• Support integration and data migration efforts involving SAP and cloud-based data platforms.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement review sessions.
• Validate delivered solutions through testing, user acceptance activities, and business sign-offs.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology solutions.

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or related role.
• Strong experience working with SAP data and business processes.
• Hands-on experience with Cloud Data Platforms/Data Lakes (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or similar).
• Proven expertise in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and documentation.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data governance, and analytics concepts.
• Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall project environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise analytics and reporting initiatives.
• Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes.
• Familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools.
