Job description
- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Collaborate with business analysts and other stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions leveraging Salesforce capabilities.
- Customize Salesforce to meet unique business needs through the creation of custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.
- Configure Salesforce features such as process builder, flow, and approval processes.
- Write, test, and deploy Apex classes and triggers to implement custom business logic.
- Develop Visualforce pages and Lightning components for user interface customization.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, web services, and middleware.
- Design and implement data migration strategies to ensure data integrity.
- Implement and maintain security settings and access controls to protect sensitive data.
- Ensure Salesforce configurations and code adhere to security best practices and compliance standards.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce features and functionalities.
- Collaborate with the support team to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, process flows, and code documentation.
- Keep abreast of Salesforce releases and communicate the impact on current solutions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, administrators, and other developers, to deliver integrated solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and collaborate with peers to ensure code quality and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture.
- Salesforce Platform Developer certification is highly desirable.
- Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce-related technologies.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
